THE MARANS CHICKENS ORIGINATED IN THE TOWN OF MARANS FRANCE. THEY ARE KNOWN FOR DARK CHOCOLATE TO TERRACOTTA COLOR EGGS. THEY ARE FAST GROWERS AND VERY FREINDLY CHICKENS.
