Each Die Set comes complete with the following as pictured:
* Former Die, capable of 180 degree bends
* U-Strap and bolt to clamp tube into former die
* Follow bar with bearing grade alloy replaceable inserts
* Degree pointer rod (not pictured)
Recommended minimum wall thickness is .058"
Die set in photo is an example only, physical size will vary with tube size and CLR.
Minimum wall denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at this radius. CLR stands for "Center Line Radius", meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. Materials such as chrome moly or stainless may require special consideration.
