.Minuteman's 2400 Series Burnishers are revolutionary because they reduce the need for dust mopping by using a Passive Air Management System (PAMS ) and they feature an ergonomically-shaped operator handle which reduces operator fatigue. In addition to comfort, the handle assembly ensures safety.
It is double insulated with dual safety interlock switches and a power-on indicator light. Perfect for applications where quiet, uninterrupted burnishing is a must.
Controlled with ease by the operator, a systems alert center continuously monitors pad pressure, carbon brush wear and circuit overload. The variable speed version of the 20" burnisher uses a rheostat to vary the speed of the pad.
Passive Air Management System (PAMS ).
Minuteman Burnishers are well known for their exclusive Passive Air Management System (PAMS ) that captures the natural air flow produced by the rotation of the pad and harnesses it to create a vacuum for dust control. Combined with a high efficiency filter used for fine filtration, these are the cleanest burnishers on the market.

The dust cup traps particles quickly and can be easily emptied and cleaned.
The center caster allows for over 90% pad contact while adjusting for perfect pad pressure.
The Multi-Flex Pad Driver adjusts to the highs and lows of the floor while retarding pad growth.
