I am selling a BRAND NEW LUTRON HI-LUME 1% ARCHITECTURAL PROGRAMMED RAPID START ELECTRONIC DIMMING BALLAST # FDB-T554-120-1. This Lutron Ballast has never been used or opened. It comes exactly as pictured and was only removed from it's original factory box for photos.
