South Bend 9, 10K Lathe Carriage Stop
This has four telescoping fingers that are independently adjustable. There are also
four additional adjustments on the ends of the rods, (see last photo). This is the
best one I've ever seen. There is no wear to the working surfaces on this piece
and the paint is original. Coarse adjustment is accomplished with the stop nut and
the fine adjustment is done with the knurled screw at the end of each shaft.
The turret style gives you four separate stopping positions. This is the best one
I have several pieces from this lathe and the condition is wonderful on all of them.
