Military surplus Map plotter. The device is 14.5 in x 10in wide and 1.5in deep. The plastic covered movement area is 9x9in. It is aluminum housed with 2 12 v dc motors for X, Y axis movement. We removed the back for photos. It looks like the moving center of the two drives has a light or sensor to establish location on a map. I have several of these.
