We tested to power up and ran a few cards threw it and found no problems. We inspected cleaned the dust out of fans and power supply. There may still be a little dirt in there but we got the most of it.
Power cord is not included. It looks like a standard computer cord but it has a notch cut in it. We only had one in our test cords which is not included.
