This is a very heavy duty level 6 shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type and we have pictures those blemishes.
NOTE - This machine should be oiled upon setup at it's new location immediately before being operated and oiled daily afterwards. This is extremely important for proper maintenance of this commercial quality machine.
