These cut-off wheels have heavy duty reinforced filaments strengthening this wheel. The reinforcement filaments make these wheels reisistant to cross bending breakage. The label on the wheel identifies that the wheel complies with A.N.S.I. B7.1 safety code and all OSHA regulations
