The roaster has been bench tested and will come equipped with a new temperature sensor and the new thicker glass roast chamber. Some minor cosmetic blemishes may be present but will not affect the performance or use of the roaster. This unit is configured for propane gas. The Sonofresco Roaster is a "fluidized bed" roaster in which the heated air is used to roast and circulate the beans which produces a very even roast. The heat source is either propane or natural gas. The electric demand is minimal, just the operation of the blower and the electronic control.
Roaster is also shown in typical installation with optional ventilation hood and coffee equipment. Note its small footprint making it perfect for installation where space is at a premium!
