I bought this camera to find a leak at my house. We had water showing and could not trace where it was coming from and we bought this just to find the leak. It's been out of the box for 1 hour maximum and is BRAND NEW CONDITION! All parts-manuals-cords-documentation-everything is here! We purchased it from Amazon and have the receipt. We tried to return it however they were going to charge us 400.00 for Re-stocking.....STUPID if you ask me. So I figured I would pass that 400.00 on to you! This camera is easy to use and has a great tutorial video to show you how to get started using it.... I have no complaints on this camera!
