The unit is in a used, but still functioal condition.
There is no damage on both input and output lenses surfaces.
The item is just look like in picure, there is no original box for it.
As there is no model number on this item, I have spent time
and tried to figure out what the model number this item is.
From Orial's the BOOK OF PHOTON TOOLS, I used following clues to figure out the model no.
1. According its mechanic dimension and Output Lens Aperture,
I am sure that it should be one of Model 15600, 15900 or 16020
2. There is a mark, 16, on input lens, so the input lens focal length must be 16 mm
3. There are three model numbers with 16 mm input lens focal length, they are
Model 15620, 15940 and 16080. By checking the Input Lens Clear Aperture,
I conclude that this item model number should be 15940, because this item's input
lens clear aperture is 6 mm, while 15620 and 16080 give 12 mm.
So, item model number should be Model No. 15940 (with Model No. 15900)

5. I have tried my best to identify item model number, but there maybe a chance
that the item and the model number that I give do not match. In such case, I wish that
