Smart-steam 100 boiler-less steamer offers the convenience of boiler-less steamers with twice as much cooking power.You'll get a fast high capacity steamer that's easy to install, operate and maintain. Self-contained,atmospheric,electric-heated steam generating reservoir. Construction is all stainless steel. Cavity has powerful side-mounted blower to circulate steam. Standard operating controls include on-off rocker switch; Electric timer, With continuous steam, timed steam and STOP buttons; light. Door is field reversible ans equipped with an easy-open latch and hidden magnetic door switch. The atmospheric steam reservoir doesn't require a pressure gauge or switches, has an automatic drain and a 12 kw of dry element heating capacity. Steamer is ready in 15 minutes from a cold start and provides warm cavity, instant steam capability.
This steamer is perfect for pasta, rice, vegetables(fresh and frozen), seafood(fresh and frozen), poultry, potatoes, eggs, meats, reheat, cook,chill and prepare foods.

*Steamer must be connected to an on-site water supply at 30 to 60 PSIG with flow at .75 - 1.5 GPM per cavity.
