The SC46 is a small clamp-on meter that,
along with basic electrical parameters,
can also detect live voltages without touching a test point.
A loud beep and a bright LED indicate AC voltage is present.
What distinguishes it from the SC44 & SC45 is that it detects
temperature, capacitance, true RMS, & even backlight.
