BPH Microwave Thermotherapy System
Cosmetically this system is in great condition but I am selling it for parts and/or repair. It does not work but could possibly be fixed. Great parts unit with a lot of good accessories here to include 4 high dollar sensors if you need them. I believe this device is a year 2002 or newer and sold for about $18,000.00.
I also have the original stainless steel cart I am selling separately.
Originally came with a Notebook laptop with software but I don t have it. The console does power up but displays an error code of H05 . The error code chart for H05 states the The 5 volt power supply is reading more than 5.25 volts
I called Thermatrx technical support who told this error code would require the device be sent in for repair. The technician advised me this model device is still widely used and is still supported. He also stated the Notebook laptop with software is still available for purchase.

The patented TherMatrx, Inc. TMx 2000 BPH Thermotherapy System is a computer-controlled thermotherapy treatment device that delivers microwave energy to the prostate for the treatment of symptoms associated with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). The system is comprised of a mobile, stand alone operator control console and the single use Rx-200 Treatement Catheter (transurethral antennae) that delivers microwave energy to the prostate. The system computer monitors all treatment parameters and automatically adjusts the microwave energy as needed to achieve and maintain thermotherapeutic termperatures for the selected duration of the treatment.
Cosmetically in good condition with no visible sign of damage. The laptop computer is missing. Powers on and displays the H05 error code. The techs tell me it is a shop job to repair. The sensors all look good. The treatment catheters are sealed but expired. The manual is original.
