CONDITION: This unit is in excellent physical condition and does power up. It looks like new on the inside, the test cable is still in a plastic bag. The outside of the case has a few minor marks and scratches.
GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a diagnostic test set used to test Power Siftor products. I do not have a manual for it but it does have the test procedure glued to the inside of the case. I have been unable to find information about this specific model. You can find information about the newest model (DTS-2) at the manufacurers website (see below).
