This item is a new Jet Tech Commercial High Temp Under Counter Dishwasher Model F18DP with built in automatic drain pump. This commercial dishwasher is a heavy duty unit with a footprint of 23 3/4" x 23 3/4". The unit will hold one 19 3/4" x 19 3/4" rack at a time. Unit cycles at 160 seconds (145 seconds wash / 15 rinse.) or 24 racks per hour.
The 4500 watt high temp unit has a 7.25 gallon tank capacity that washes at 150 degrees F & booster water temp at 185 *F. Giving the operators an even heating cycle that sanitizes every time! Digital analog display shows wash & rinse temperatures. Weight 165 lbs. Meets UL, & NSF 3 standards. Door safety switch.
