BCP 420B 3.0 GHZ DFB LASER TRANSMITTER 420B-23ST
The BCP 420B ultra high speed laser transmitter is designed to be a source of high quality digital and analog fiber-coupled optical signals. In the digital mode, the optical output waveform conforms to the eyemask requirements of BellCore GR-253.
This unit has the folowing features:

      *  Bit Rate: 0 to 2500 Mb/s minimum; 3000 Mb/s typical
      *  Pulse Width, Minimum: 0.4 ns maximum
      *  Logic Levels (10 K, 10 KH, 100 K; Si or GaAs ASIC): Any standard ECL: high = -900 mV; low = -1700 mV; threshold = 1.3  0.2 V (adjustable)
      *  Input Termination: 50 ohms to -2.0 V DC
      *  AC-Coupled Digital Input: 2.0 Vpp maximum
      *  Bit Rate: 50 to 2500 Mb/s minimum; 3000 Mb/s typical
      *  Pulse Pattern: 40 to 60% ones density
      *  Amplitude (for fully limited optical output): 0.70 to 1.5 Vpp minimum
      *  Impedance (AC-coupled through 0.1 uF): 50 ohms
