8 + maran chicken eggs for hatching-purebreed-mixed lot
Up for your consideration are 8 + Purebreed Maran Eggs for Hatching. I have Cuckoo Marans, Black Copper Marans, Blue Copper Marans(pictured), and Blue Splash Marans. It can be a combination of any of these, but at least 2 different breeds probably more. Depends on who is laying at the time. All of my breeds are kept in seperate pens. One of my Cuckoo hens lays a lighter egg but is bred to a rooster that came from a nice dark egg, so her chicks should lay darker eggs. All the rest of my Marans lay a nice dark egg.
