This is a highly versatile custom unit, for the professional gourmet. Made by Cragi Manufacturing, this unit combines four wells of steamtable with two refrigerated doors. Each steamtable well is individually adjustable. The back panel is makeshift and somewhat damaged, but easily replaceable. One of the wells has a crack and needs welding.
