The layers are being fed 16% protein layer mash, some greens and scratch for fun. This flock has tested clean for Pullorum/Typhoid by Texas A & M and is a TPIP Participating Flock.
Gold Laced Polish are a beautiful and unusual bird whose feathers are a rich Golden Buff, having each feather laced with Black. Polish are known for having a Crest of feathers on top of their heads, a "Top Hat." They are Bearded, have white earlobes and are one of the few breeds with a very unusual "V" comb. They are considered a standard size breed but will be slightly smaller than traditional "laying" chickens. They are excellent layers of a medium sized white egg making them both useful, as well as, attractive. We enjoy their comical antics and gentle disposition.

We personally raise all breeders on premises, and never contract or outsource for eggs. All bloodlines are individually selected from TPIP and NPIP Certified clean U.S. flocks. We personally handle each and every aspect of your order from the Husbandry to the hand inspections and packing of each egg. This is not a hobby with us, it is our livilhood, we have been involved for over 30 years and will not intentionally jeapordize any aspect of our business, even if a "cheaper" way would increase profits.
In our opinion, there is a Right Way and then there is a Cheap Way. We guarantee you will receive the quality and the product you have purchased- the Right Way!
