Gauge/Thermocouple that was surplus from a large Mil-Spec company.
I did not test it on my girlfriend - when she is mad at me, I am sure it will go over 700 degree's and break !!!!!!! oh geeeeeze !!!
I tested this by putting it near an electric heater element in my office and it instantly started to jump to 200 -300 -and more degree's
