This is an award winning BBQ Pit that has been tearing up the competition BBQ circuit for seven years. I'm selling the rig plus all of the things you will need to start your own competition BBQ team, tailgate domination squad or catering company.
The pit is a unique counterflow design that creates a much more even temperature with a mellow smoke and no hot spots. The heat and smoke in the firebox must travel under a heavy steel plate the entire length of the pit before it flows back over the top of the meat and out the three smoke stacks. For a competition I usually have it loaded with 4 full size briskets, 6 pork shoulders and 6 racks of ribs. I've cooked whole pigs as well. This pit holds a lot of meat and smokes it to award winning perfection.
