The item for sale is a microscope slide archiving case (Deluxe Version). This very high quality case is a strong, rigid plastic archiving case, which will hold up to a maximum of 100 mounted slides, which may be accessed frequently. The case also has a nickel plated spring clip and twin hinges with a metal pin for extra durability. The bottom is lined with cork (or foam rubber) to minimise the danger of impact damage or chipping, while the top half contains a slide index for easy retrieval of slides. The case is moulded with inserts to organise the slides and keep them from touching each other.
