This is a new vertical stainless steel vacuum flange with gas feedthroughs that is used in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. It contains total of 7 nozzles. 2 on flange rim top, 2 on other other side flange rim top, 2 on one side of flange body, and 1 on the other side of flange body.
