Rebuilt Tschudin HTG-600 Cylindrical Grinder
At Rohner Machinery, we are full service rebuild and repair shop and specialize in high-end CNC and conventional machinery rebuilds. One of our area of expertise is Tschudin grinders. This particular machine has been completely rebuilt by our factory trained service tech. The ways on all the axes have been re-scraped, the tailstock quill & workhead spindle have been re-fitted. Hydraulics flushed and new seals throughout the machine. All bearings have been replaced and the machine re-painted with a 2-part epoxy special paint. This machine will hold factory tolerances and anyone who knows these grinders, knows the tolerances they are capable of. Super precision & super quality make the Tschudin grinders a class above the rest. Fully automatic with incremental in-feed.
