My father bought this brand new and it has been babied as well as stored in a heated garage since new. He used it mainly to remove snow off his driveway and to spread some loom at his house only .Washed after almost everytime it was used and then put back in heated garage.It will be a hard find to find a tractor in this nice of shape with this low of hours for the year ,it really doesnt look its age.
