After use, switch off and wipe clean
Perfect for sheet, plate & pipe applications.
Surface preparation is critical to a good ground when welding. Be certain that a bare metal area is cleared for attachment of the Magnetic Ground Clamp. Failure to do so could result in an arc situation.
Ground Clamp works only with ferrous metals.
1. Be sure magnet is in the OFF position. Works on pipe or flat surface.
2. Be sure surface is bare steel clear away any debris.
3. Place clamp to surface. Turn Magswitch knob clockwise to ON position
1. Turn Magswitch knob to the OFF position by rotating counterclockwise.
2. Wipe away debris from the clamp.
