Very Clean Buss 4L 24" Wood Planer with 15/45 Arco Rotophase Phase Converter.
This is the best planer I have ever owned and used. The Buss 4L Model H (24") is one of the finest precision wood planers ever built in beautiful condition with important accessories:
* Ever Accurate Wedge-Adjusted Bed (The bed or table of this machine is bound to remain absolutely accurate, for it raises and lowers on long, hand-scraped inclined, or wedge-shaped ways; by means of a horizontal screw with ball thrust bearing. Hence it is always absolutely level).
* Additional Set of New Unused Knives for Large Diameter Cutterhead.
* Transformer needed for Buss 440 volt feed motor (very fine).
Note: My electrician wired this phase converter up to a circuit breaker box so all the 3 phase machines in my shop could simply run to their own circuit breaker box, making it very simple and workable.
* Built-In Grinding, Truing or Jointing and Knife setting equipment.
* Instant Micrometer Central Control for Back Pressure Bar.
* Instant simultaneous Micrometer Adjustment of Lower Rolls.

The 4L is equally efficient on heavy first cutting or fine finish work. It is extremely accurate, will absolutely hold its adjustments and plane to exceptionally close tolerance. Although the limit bar is set for minimum stock thickness of 1/16", paper thin is possible going to a maximum cut of 1/2".
