No labels on the boxes and no further information available. Made out of some kind of springy steel rod that is .258" diameter with a blue powder coating. They measure 4.5" x 2.5" and are approximately 1.6" wide (2.22" wide including the ends of the rods). If you know what these are - or if you can develop a use for them - you'll get a bargain today.
