The unit has been tested on the table , using my usual test tool , was
The "out of circuit" test meaning :
- condition of the protection diode test
- Collector & Emitter terminals resistance test
- checking the IGBT functionality by gating the unit with external low
voltage source .The unit passed all of them and actually found OK .
Anyway - I would NOT take any responsibility for further Item performance .
