This Sifting and Bagging equipment was Designed for
Kettle Corn Vendors by a Kettle Corn Vendor/
After starting my Kettle Corn business over five years ago, I was not impressed with the equipment that was available to
the Kettle Corn Vendors except for a few of the Kettle Cookers, there are some very good designs out there which made
me concentrate on the other equipment that was desperately needed, primarily Bagging and Sifting equipment that will
Vendors as well as the smaller Vendors who want light-weight easy to transport and use, well built equipment that will last
for many fun, money making years. This equipment can be paid for with just one good show.
business five years ago I did what everybody else did, I used a plastic tote to dump the popped corn into and shake to
remove the no-pops at the same time trying to cool the hot corn so I could salt and mix it then I had to use an
aluminum scoop to bag the corn, what a mess. I thought to myself, I had to come up with something better right away or
this much longer this way. I worked on several concepts for the Sifter, it was the most difficult piece to develop but the
Bagger was not easy either, the choice of materials and size of the equipment was a challenge for both units.
Each of the many parts that make up this equipment either has a guage, template or pattern to aid in fabrication so
all parts are interchangeable and consistent. The assembly, parts drawings, patterns, templates and instruction sheets
were designed using CAD software.
This Bagging Station has passed Health Department inspections every year during development through final design. Many
changes were made until I got what I wanted, a professional, hand-fabricated robust design, easy to set-up, operate and transport.
Each bag compartment (2ea.) will hold over 500 bags (10.5"x24", laid flat) longer if folded. No more chasing wind blown bags.
Four table legs adjust independently in one inch increments for setting up on uneven ground.
* The hopper bag on the bagging station will hold over 80 quarts of popped corn.
* This Bagging Station will bag faster than any other method I have seen.
* The hopper valve will adjust from a trickle to full flow effortlessly.
* Will fill the largest bags in seconds, with no hand contact with the corn.
* Bag your Kettle Corn while standing or sitting on a stool the table adjusts for both.
* Complete cleaning and simple operating instructions included.
* Other important features such as type of coatings and materials used are provided.
* The Bagging Table transport dimensions are 38"x24"4.5" and weighs 34 lbs.
This Sifting Station has passed health Department inspections every year during development through final design.
* The Sifting Station performs four functions in one unit a receiver, cooler, sifter, salter.
* There are only two popcorn transfers, one from kettle to the sifter and one from the sifter to the bagger.
* As the sifter drum is rotated on it's stand it sifts, cools and mixes the salt throughout the popped corn.
* The Sifter drum is 24" diameter and 24" long, the complete station weighs 18 lbs.
* The Sifter transport dimensions are 24"x24" the stand fits inside the drum for transport.
* Included is a detailed drawing of my 10'x10' booth set-up for Kettle Corn and Lemon shakers.

photos by next listing, it's real simple it attaches to the kernel catcher frame with the snap clips and
can be used over many times if you wish or just discard at end of show.
