* 2.28 spindle bore. 17 swing over bed allows you to work on large variety of parts. There is a removable gap to accommodate even larger diameter parts.
* Spindle support by 3 high precision bearings ensure smooth running operation and high accuracy. Bearings provided by FAG (German brand).
* Turcite-B bearing material between the surfaces of the saddle and bed.
* Bed ways are hardened and precision ground to ensure most accurate movement and wear resistance.
* Chromium molybdenum steel gears in headstock are hardened and precision ground for extra durability and low noise.
* Adjustable lubrication system with Auto/Manual settings: Leave it on auto or pump the ways with an extra shot of lubrication oil on demand.
* 11 13/16 EXTRA WIDE bed ways on heavy one-piece cast iron base provide stability and rigidity to take deeper cuts.
* Inch/Metric Universal GearBox allows switching between inch and metric threads without change gear.
* Mechanical overload device in carriage.
* Heavy duty tailstock has dual clamping mechanism for extra rigid connection to bedways, to better resist forces from heavy drilling.
