The HF-165 is a 165 lb. Capacity filter designed to be used with drain type fryers. The compact design allows for ease of operation and storage. All metal parts are either stainless or nickel plated steel which provides years of carefree use. The hose, motor and pump are specially constructed to handle the high temperature edible oils. The two filtrator can use either paper envelope or cloth filter media. Unit includes 2 filter cloths or 50 filter paper envelopes. Model HF 165P uses paper filters, model HF 165C uses cloth filter
