This is a vintage advertising trade catalog for Specialties for Steam and Water Heating, issued by the L. J. Mueller Furnace Company of Milwaukee, WN. No publishing date, but it has a printer's mark at the bottom of the title page that could mean either 1910 or 1907 ("10M-10-07"); either way it is circa roughly 1910's-1920's.
It has 54 pages, well-illustrated with many b&w photos of products.
It includes a page with four asbestos products - Plastic Asbestos Cement, Asbestos Paper, Asbestos Fireite Furnace Cement, and Asbestos Wick Packing; some other sections and products include: many types of air, water and steam valves, thermometers and gauges, combined house heater and force pump, automatic float steam traps, Honeywell heat generators, Sohn's adjustable pipe hangers, floor and ceiling plates, lists of bronzes and Japans, Heat Proof Gold and Aluminum Radiator Bronze, open jaw pipe vise, Trimo pipe wrenches, adjustable die machine, pipe threading machine, wrought iron pipe, cast iron fittings, malleable fittings, etc., with tables, descriptive text, dimensions, specs and prices.
Stapled paper wraps measuring 5.25 by 7.75 inches; sticker to front and back covers; rubbing at spine extremities; all pages have light discoloring along spine and at top and bottom margins, and light rippling; staples are tight but rusty; the center page (with the Asbestos page) has come free; pages still glossy, nice overall catalog design. Condition is Good-.
