COVEL MANUAL TOOLROOM SURFACE GRINDER, Model 10
Serial Number: 10-1340 Year model is 1959, just before Clausing Atlas took over Covel
* There is a Brown & Sharp 618 permenant magnetic chuck on the table (See Pic)
* I have turned the handles by hand and they feel smooth
* Spindle arbor flange is present (reverse thread on this is common)
* Spindle arbor turns freely by hand, otherwise I DON'T KNOW CONDITION OF SPINDLE
* Machine is geasy/filthy, but should clean up nice
* Machine is 3 phase, probably dual voltage (I don't know if it is set up for 220 or 440)
* This is a HEAVY machine, about 2200 lbs.
* There is NO coolant tank and there is NO grinding wheel on this machine.
