BAKERS PRIDE MODEL 351 SINGLE DECK NATURAL GAS OVEN!
The Bakers pride 351 Series Gas Single Deck Ovens are designed for high volume pizza and all-purpose operations. These ovens may be stacked three high. Oven exteriors are all heavy-duty gauge, type 403 stainless steel and are fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures. The interior oven frame is constructed of 1/4" (6mm) heavy-duty angle iron frame, completely welded to form a single, unitized section. The oven body and lining are then welded to the framework. Oven interiors are manufactured of high-heat resistant 16-gauge aluminized steel. Doors are fully insulated, spring balanced with tubular steel handles and will remain open or closed until moved. All models feature 70,000 BTUH per deck and an independent, operator-controlled top and bottom heat control damper. The 351 series features a 300 - 650 F (149 - 343 C) thermostat, 8" interior deck height with 1 1/2" thick baking stones and are supported by a 1/4" angle iron frame. Easily removable, slide-out, heavy-duty flame diverters distribute the burner flame uniformly in the burner chamber. Heavy-duty, 7-gauge steel legs are included.
This oven contains two baking stones in great condition. The deck height is 8". The capacity of the baking deck is approx: twelve 10" pizzas, four 16" pizzas, four 18" pizzas, six half-size sheet pans, three full-size sheet pans or four full-size hotel pans.
