Good used stainless steel professional food server from a restaurant that went out of business. I guess you call it a buffet server, cooker, steamer, electric chafing dish? American Permanant Ware APW model W-3 120v 750 watts. (regular electrical plug)
We do not have the standard stainless trays to fit in it, but you can get them or use the standard disposable aluminum type.
Temp dial knob appears to have been broken off, but you can still turn it if you need to adjust the temp. Also has a power indicator lamp that lights up.
Inner area (where pan fits) is just under 12wide x20deep x6 inches high. Outer dimensions approx 23x15x10 inches.
We have a couple in equal condition so unit you get may vary slightly from the picture.
