You are looking at a brand new Aluminum Back Rotary brush with a bronze clutch plate made for a Hild carpet cleaning machine. The brush is hand drawn (sewn) with Du Pont Tynex Nylon (The best synthetic fiber there is). This brush is made the way they have been made for 50 years. The fiber is .028" and is considered medium stiff. It is a 14" diameter casting which is made to fit a 16" Hild machine. The bronze clutch plate is the best available. It will hold the brush securely and will not break. Years ago all rotary carpet shampoo machines had aluminum back brushes. Over time the manufacturers have cut the quality on the most important component of the machine, the brush. You will be amazed at the performance and durability of this brush. Note: you must break this brush in on concrete prior to using it on carpet.
