Adapter, connecting, reducing, 19/38 - 34/45 pyrex
Top-quality Pyrex glassware. A 19/38 female on top and a 34/45 male on the bottom. This is the classic, circular green stamp model (the '19/38' is mostly faded). Liklely used, however if so, the piece is like-new with no chips, cracks or stains. Very clean, any spots seen in the pic are from the camera flash.
