The ATN-4111B Multiport S-Parameter Test System allows true multiport vector-error corrected s-parameter measurements of both active and passive circuits. This test system contributes two-port accuracy and ease of use to reduce the errors, time and cost of measuring transistors, multi-stage amplifiers, differential amplifiers, couplers, hybrids, circulators, switches, multiplexers, transmission lines, and other multiport components. The ATN-4111B eliminates the manual manipulation of the Round Robin technique and delivers accuracy similar to a two-port VNA calibration. This is accomplished with the four-port test set hardware and companion application software that uses a multiple-term calibration algorithm to achieve true four-port error correction. The ATN-4111B four-port test set replaces the network analyzer two-port test set; multiplexing the A, B, and R channels to the four test ports. The system can measure the complete s-parameters of one-, two-, three-, and four-port devices.
