New old stock high voltage capacitor. 4 MFD 4000 VDC part number is CP70E1EM405K1. My father bought this to build a 2 kw ham tube linear amplifier. He never got around to building it. I have two of these, but price is for one. If you want to repair or build a tube linear amplifier or even a transmitter, these would be great. Would be a great capacitor for a 3000 volt power supply. Use it for strobe lights or for zapping bugs or for a spark gap. You could charge it slowly thru a resistor and have it produce a repeating spark. Capacitor is 12 inches tall by 4 5/8 inches wide by 3 7/8 inches deep.
