Vintage bartholomew hand cart gas/steam peanut roaster

This hand pushed peanut roasting cart was built by the Bartholomew Company of De Moines, Iowa at the beginning of the twentieth century. It offered the ambitious individual a chance to be his own boss with the "BOSS on Wheels".
The cart is self contained. It is 42 inches long, by 32 incheswide, by 42 inches high. It weighs approximately 175 pounds. The power to turn the roasting drum comes from a large main spring drive unit. Originally, the fuel used to roast and heat the peanuts was acetylene. The burners have not been converted to accommodate a modern fuel.
The cart has been restored using the information recovered from the cart itself. All asbestos was removed and replaced with high temperature spun ceramic insulation. The drive train has bronze bushings added to compensate for years of wear. The lettering and pin striping were hand done using tracings of the original.
The roasting drum and wheels were damaged. They could not be saved, and so were replaced. The mainspring mechanism and fly-ball governor are functional and can be wound to turn the drum even without heat.
Please ask questions. I will answer as quickly as I can.
