It is in nearly new cosmetic condition as pictured and comes in the original box with mounting hardware and instruction sheet. Mil-Spec: MIL-G-18997. "Rugged shock and vibration resistant state-of-the-art direct coil connection design to meet MIL-G-18977-E. Inconel tube with other wetted parts precision frabricated from Monel for maximum reliability and accuracy. Solid front case with stainless steel mechanical parts."
