Whatman Polystyrene 96 Well Plates
A new case of 50 Whatman GF/C Uniplate microplates. The plates are in ten sealed blocks of five (two blocks are shown on the left side of the photo).
The entire case arrived here sealed but was opened for inspection as there is a light liquid stain on one of the outer corners (in the lower right caption in the photo is the case, see the lower left corner of the case). The stain did not appear to even penetrate to the inner surface of the case cardboard. Additionally, there is a separate, double-wall length of extra cardboard that surrounds the inner packs within the case. All components of the case are very clean and were also inspected for cracks, etc.
These are top-quality Whatman Unifilter mesh bottom plates, with a layer of GF/C glass fiber filter, priced far below retail.
The housing is white polystyrene. Designed to allow rapid flow rates when vacuuming solutions to waste, for scintillation counting or other analysis of trapped cells or particles.
