During our independent in-house "real world" testing on our work bench these pumps consistently pulled below 2 microns @ 78 F & 67% RH without "special oil or a cold trap, which is impressive for a brand new direct drive pump in real world conditions.
Pumping Speed: 100 L/min, 3.5 CFM, 6 m3/hr. @ 60 Hz.
Ultimate Pressure: 5x10-4 Torr (0.5 micron/millitorr) (Mfgs. specs using McLeod gauge)
