Manufactured by National Panasonic as their part number WM-65A (504) these are very small (about half the size of the standard type) standard 1k ohm electret condenser microphones.
They are vented at the rear which we believe makes them noise cancelling.
Dimensions are roughly 6mm diameter by 5mm deep with 40mm wires attached.
