3M Dynatel 710B Resistance Faultmeter/ Locator
The Dynatel 710B locates high and low resistance faults in telephone cable. Shorts, crosses, grounds and battery crosses can all be accurately located and distance measurements displayed directly in FEET or in OHMS. Both the DISTANCE-TO-FAULT and STRAP-TO-FAULT distance can be measured from one end of the cable.
