We offer a complete line of dual cutting angle moulder heads for cutting both hard and softwoods with the same tool - like getting two heads for the price of one! This is the best choice for custom millwork producers who need the flexiblity to handle any job at a moments notice without having to stock many different cutterheads. Our stock heads are 12 degree cutting angle for hardwood to reduce raised grain, and 20 degree cutting angle to reduce fuzzing in softwoods. Only 2-knives are required on un-jointed moulders, using 4-knives will not improve the surface finish. We can also supply filler wedges for the empty un-used pockets. All heads are precision CNC achined from high strength hardened alloy steel and designed to operate at speeds up to 9,000 rpm. Heads are made to exceed the most stringent European OEM standards allowing you to produce smooth material finish with years of trouble free use. Custom cutter heads can be produced with any cutting angle, body diameter, and bore sizes - call for prices. Filler wedges cost $ 2.45 each per lineal inch.

The S122 line, 4.80" body diameter, is designed for use on most European & Asian imported moulders using industry standard features and metric hardware. Plus we have added features not offered by the German tool makers such as a high alloy strong tool steel body for greater tool life and deeper knife pockets to allow wider and thicker steel to be used for additional resharpenings
S122: Straight Bore 4.8" / 122mm OD x 40mm or 1.50" bore
Shapers, Paulson, XL, & Import Brand Moulders:
The S100 dual hook line has a 4" body diameter with a 1-1/4" bore that is designed for spindle shapers and most smaller non-jointed moulders. These heads offer the flexiblity to use corrugated knife steel with high rpm rotation to cut either hard or softwoods with the same head body. Bore bushings can be offered for shapers with 1" diameter spindles.
S100: Straight Bore - 4" / 100mm OD x 1.25" bore
This line uses industry standard features and metric hardware, plus we have added a features not offered by the German tool makers like; a high alloy strong tool steel body for greater tool life and deeper knife pockets to allow wider and thicker steel to be used for additional resharpenings. Limited stock on 2-1/8" bore head.
S137: Straight Bore 5.4" / 137mm OD x 1-13/16" or 2-1/8" bore
