OK, so this guys is still currently sitting in it's lab. It is used by a local research facility and has been a strong workhorse. They actually stated they liked it better than their newer ones as it was not connected to comupters and seemed to be less maintenance.
It is still opperational, but needs some tweaking. They had a repair guy who serviced this unit, but unfortunately is no longer available, so these guys have been mothballed.
